I was taking pictures today and all of these pictures reminded me of the scenes I've seen from the sound of music. Hilly goodness full of flowers with pretty girls dancing down at you. To be honest of never seen the movies myself but I'm still going to say that it was my inspiration for today's pictures. I've been doing a bit more traveling around Second Life and this place really caught my interest because of all the amazing flowers and greenery.

Shades Of Pinky

 Hey Lovesicles! 

You ever just have a....gravitation....a..pull if you will to a certain color? My go to color is and always has been pink both in real life and second life because let's face it my dears, pink looks good on EVERY skin tone including the tone on this brand new skin by Angelica (blog post for it coming soon? Maybe?) and then I just decided to play around with shades of pink. To be complete honest....I had no theme in mind I just wanted to wear pink. Is that so wrong?

Catching Rainbow

Hey Lovecakes!

Anyone feeling as springy as me!?! I love opening my window and seeing all the pretty flowers coming to life and the sunshine screaming "Lilikins it's time to get up!" and of course I'm like "oh okay sunshine....you're right I have lives to live!" Today I'm feeling the spring hardcore and took some time to go outside and read on my new Kindle while a bean soup forms itself into deliciousness on the slow cooker. I've been OBSESSED with Hunger Games: Catching Fire. I of course saw the movies but....the book is so much better my loves!

Dusty Cupcakes

Hey loves!

It's a...snowy monday but you know what that's okay. I love the snow and I appreciate it's role in my life *sips hot chocolate* I never noticed how much of a germaphobe I REALLY am until last year. Last year I spent HOURS on some cupcakes and I mean HOURS piping and decorating for Fourth Of July. After spending all that time I didn't eat them because I left them uncovered to run to the pantry and the..."amazing" people upstairs started jumping around and caused dust to sprinkle off the ceiling. Realistically it was nothing to even be noticed but in my head THERE WAS DUST EVERYWHERE AND I COULD NO LONGER EAT THE CUPCAKES OR I'D DIE. For days I just...looked at my hard work and settled on less dustier and less artistic alternatives.

Hello Fashion Heads!

Long time no see! In an upcoming post I will explain why.

When I was a little girl I was obsessed with reading and nursery rhymes. One of my favorite children's authors was Dr Seuss I think because of the rhyming. Rhyming to this day helps me remember important things. My favorite nursery rhyme to date is Little Miss Muffet. Not only can I relate because of my almost dramatic fear of spiders but it taught me something to you know? Curds & Whey was just something I could not understand but I now get it's like...cottage cheese, which I LOVE. My inspiration for this outfit was Little Miss Muffet! Most of my friends said that's what it reminded them of too so here it is! I have not only a cute and inexpensive outfit to show you but also a skin so keep on reading for lots of info doodles.

The month of June is LITERALLY about to be over and I've been so busy this month I can't say I'm sad to see it go. Not saying the things I've done are unimportant of course but you know me. I like to dress up and think VERY LITTLE about ever growing up. With all this grownupness I needed a nice, cute, and playful look and I knew just want I wanted to wear to shake off the adulthood of June. I had such an antisocial weekend but I think I needed it after WEEKS of not getting any time alone. I love being the happy and upbeat sparkle in people's lives especially the people that I love but there are just...days that I need to just snuggle my baby Phantom, watch youtube videos, and eat slightly healthier snacks than I used to (trust me...not as bad as I thought it was when I first did the change). I mean...I watch A LOT of youtube videos, like A LOT!

A song that has been stuck in my head AND on replay is "Elastic Heart" by Sia so I think that is what my post is inspired by? Okay well also I just had a fun time in Flux Ser Mer! Honestly it's a quick post tonight! My mom is back up and walking like nothing ever happened! It was almost like watching a baby take it's first steps *wipes a tear from her eye* well except the "baby" swears like a sailor, falls asleep watching culinary shows, and loves telling me about this time called "the eighties". Living a bit close to Boston, I run into a LOT of Irish Pubs. I don't mind them at all trust me, they are always so lively and people are always laughing while jokes are being told. If no jokes are being heard it's because a sports event is being watched by all the locals. I'm not much of a drinker but I do like food and the atmosphere.
