Fabulous Cheat Days

Hey Loves!

Today is a short post because quite honestly I'm having a cheat day! I can eat whatever I want and feel guilt free about it! Writing this I'm eating a Dunkin Donut's doughnut and Iced Tea and after this who knows...pizza might be in my future :D After losing three pounds this week (long way to go but I'm optimistic) I think I need to not think about what I'm eating today so....yes in SL and RL...I'm having a cheat day.  

Since this is a short post I'd just like to say that one of my favorite designers has decided to hang up her designing hat. Buttery Toast has been a place of comfort and happiness for me since the day I found it and to watch it close it's doors is bittersweet. I'll miss the blogger's group banter, and the excitement of seeing what lovely Mama Toast has released but I know nothing but great things will follow Fayfay. She is a great person and Fayfay...as much as I don't want you to go I still wish nothing but the VERY best for you.

Apples to Apples | That Fall Weather

When I was a young Massachusetts girl my mom and I went apple picking with a family friend. Sure it may have been easier to just go to the store like most people do but there was just something so amazing about going and picking the apples yourself. I have a friend that I won't name. He is from the suburbs just like me, grew up in a home that his family has own for over 30 years, has a criminal record so clean you could eat off of it, had little to no hardships growing up...but calls himself a thug. In 5 days I become old! ;.; Okay fine I'll be 23 but still. I always get so antsy on my birthday but instead this year I plan on going a different route. I'm going to do something different to my hair...I experiment with natural tones but I think this 23rd year of life I want to be a bit more daring...so going to add pink streaks! Yay right? At The Station

I am a bit of a traveler in RL mostly family things but I travel the east coast or at least used to about 2 or 3 times a year and I would always take the train not the plane for a few reasons one being planes are a little costly I could get train tickets round trip for 1/3rd the price of one way on a plane and well the BIGGEST reason being my mom is very uncomfortable on planes so why not make her comfy AND save money hehe. Please dun pelt me with stuff! I had to do some RL things in preparation for thanksgving for the last few days. I had to bring this to that aunt's house and so on but its done for now all we have left to do is cooking. I don't know about you but spending 3 days listening to car radio drove me crazy. THE SAME SONG PLAYED EVERY 10 MINUTES! Though I must admit I have a soft spot for the Biebs so yeah...that's where the title came from....

When I first started SL my dream look was to look a bit like a realistic type doll. I think I steered away from that direction though some lovely men still consider me a doll *bats her lashes and blows a kiss* but anywho today I did go into doll mode with this awesome pose set from Evolve called The Puppeteer I know its made for puppets but cute dolls can play too right? hehe . It comes with strings for your hand and it even comes with this little backdrop I am using. I used a projector with it because well...why not? hehe
