It's weird they say Turkey puts you to sleep however...I can't sleep at all maybe because of BLACK FRIDAY the best day of the entire year...well...minus my birthday of course! OH and Christmas and we can't forg-..okay its ONE of the best days of the year. Summer Stories

Hey Fashion Heads!

I just can't let go to my summer posts! The colorful goodness just lights up my heart but its time to bid the summer breeze goodbye with a childhood story yes? YES!

Before I moved to Florida I had the same 4 friends for YEARS. Nykkia, Mariah, Vincent, and John. I had OTHER friends but there were my longest friendships and sadly when I moved I lost contact with them including the strongest friendship which was the one I had with my friend John. We were inseparable if we weren't somehow talking it meant that we were sleeping or at school. I could tell him anything...he was perfect. For a long time I  thought I'd never have that kind of friendship again until...I found him this summer. So this summer was amazing for me for a couple reasons. I found a guy that is weirder than I am....but amazingly cute, AND I got my platonic soul mate back... Great summer of 2013 I wouldn't change it.

Is it weird I had that obnoxious voice from Candy Crush in my head when I wrote the title for this post? That game is hella addicting...but I digress. 

Today is actually a skin post because well...I haven't done one in a while and I kind of want to get comfortable in one skin for more than 2 days tops. I'm NOT saying there aren't amazing skins out there but I AM saying it's hard to enjoy the beauty with just a one day use.

Today I'm bright, bubbly and honestly feeling like myself again. I love to sparkle, shine, sometimes I even like to glow and I don't see any reason to be any other way because the ONLY person who can be me IS me...so why should I try to be someone else? 

Over the past year and a half of blogging I've slowly learned more and more about myself. I've learned I'm an emotion driven person with every part of my life including EVERY post I do on this blog. When I first started I never thought I'd have one view but now I have so many I giggle when I see the number. When I first started I didn't know who I was...I had jut gotten out of a bad breakup and got out of a rough Real Life situation and wanted to find a place I could just be..me..and let my soul be free so that's what I'll keep on doing yes? Let's talk about donuts yes? Yeah I know I spelled it wrong! I dun care! I'm really picky about the donuts I like to eat it has to be like...glazed donuts I hate the cakey crumbly type of donuts. When I first moved back to Boston I almost every week got a box of Krispy Kremes and just...go to town on them, feel guilty, then do it again the very next week...cause I'm a boss *nodnods* I'm sure you didn't pop in to see my gluttony at its worse right? Park Street Paradise

Summer is slapping me around with sunbeams not so mention I have no fan so I'm sweating buckets of sweat. Totes sexy right? Anyway there is an area near where I live called Park Street. For the longest it was just a name but now that I've actually been there I see why people love it so much. There is something there for everyone and its like its own little busy, congested, paradise *giggles* I'm not really a "city girl" but I'm starting to see the appeal of having so many people around.

Miss me? Yay! So...I fell in utter LOVE with this bento box by Katatonik from The Arcade and just knew I had to use it with an outfit or seven (DUN JUDGE ME). For those who do not know a bento box is kind of like a Japanese lunch box when you open it, you have your home made meal inside which is usually rice, meat or fish, and a vegetable...I think.
