It seems as if Mother Nature likes  confusing me with the constant weather changes. I mean this is BOSTON I'm supposed to be covered in icicles around this time of year but I've gone from wearing a HUGE jacket to just needing to  bundle up with some of my cute sweaters. We FINALLY got some more snow here and it was absolutely beautiful and I loved it and would not mind seeing that again before winter ends. 

My outfit today was inspired by not only cuteness but ALSO by wanting to be cute and warm. Not going to do much talking but all of my stuff is listed in my credits found down below!

So another honest moment with you all? I absolutely LOVE thrift shopping! I don't do it all the time but when I do I have so much fun doing it. You can buy books for about 10 cents - 25 cents. You can find simple additions to your closet, like I found a black skater skirt I can't live without now and it was only 2 dollars *sniffs the air* you smell that? It smells like...fashionable savings :D

I was at the Optometrist about an hour ago and my all are all dilated and vision is a bit blurry but FEAR NOT I'm on the road to getting glasses and might I say....contacts (NO). She Keeps Me Warm

Something about the cold creeping up my back slowly freezing my body made me kind of shy away from a full winter post today. My post today has a bit of connect from a post I did last year about Lady Frost. This is her sister, Princess Printemps, lady of Spring and overcoming. Every year when the lands of Lady Frost become consumed with sadness and pain she slowly walks through picking up snowflakes and melting them, sending good fortune in the form of a flower bud taking the drop of water from the snowflake to grow it into something amazing and positive. Everytime you see a flower bud in spring know that is Princess Printemps showing you that life will always get better even after misfortune. I know...still not that great of a story writer but yeah...hehe.

Summer Stories

Hey Fashion Heads!

I just can't let go to my summer posts! The colorful goodness just lights up my heart but its time to bid the summer breeze goodbye with a childhood story yes? YES!

Before I moved to Florida I had the same 4 friends for YEARS. Nykkia, Mariah, Vincent, and John. I had OTHER friends but there were my longest friendships and sadly when I moved I lost contact with them including the strongest friendship which was the one I had with my friend John. We were inseparable if we weren't somehow talking it meant that we were sleeping or at school. I could tell him anything...he was perfect. For a long time I  thought I'd never have that kind of friendship again until...I found him this summer. So this summer was amazing for me for a couple reasons. I found a guy that is weirder than I am....but amazingly cute, AND I got my platonic soul mate back... Great summer of 2013 I wouldn't change it.
